3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
For any issues, please email photos of the item along with your order number to info@brioll.com within 3 days of receiving your package.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will process the appropriate refund as soon as possible.
4. Shipping & Customs
Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
We will still do our best to help locate your package when possible.
Customs fees, duties, or import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price.
