A: We offer free shipping within North America for orders over C$69.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on the destination.


Q: What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?

A: While rare, if this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@brioll.com.

Q: Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you must contact the courier directly to request changes.


Q: What should I do if my payment was declined or the order was unsuccessful?

A: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, you may temporarily see a “Pending” charge even if the order did not go through.
Please allow 2–4 days for the pending charge to be released.


Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: Orders or individual items may be canceled due to out-of-stock situations.
